Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Part-Time)

Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid - On-Site and Remote)

Commitment: 8 hours per week

Matter of Time is a creative community and music studio based in Shoreditch, London. We specialize in fostering artistic expression through music production, DJ culture, live events, and creative collaborations. Our goal is to build a strong, engaged community around our studio and events while amplifying our brand through compelling social media content.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, culture, and digital storytelling. You will be responsible for executing our content strategy, creating and editing high-quality content, and growing our online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and goals.

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (video, photo, and graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Film and capture behind-the-scenes content, studio sessions, events, and artist collaborations.

• Edit short-form and long-form video content, ensuring high production quality.

• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions.

• Work with the team to develop creative campaigns that promote our studio, events, and partnerships.

• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing (portfolio required).

• Strong skills in videography, video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)

• Knowledge of the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and execute creative ideas with minimal supervision.

• Passion for music, culture, and community-building.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to experiment and refine strategies for growth.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

• Experience with social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

• Photography and photo editing skills.

• Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.
